    LIVE is our staple live event production service.

    Our team of creative and technical event professionals provide Event delivery services in three key areas. Live Events (Conferences, Product Launches, Awards Dinners etc); Hybrid Events that provides the opportunity for an Online audience to access a Live Event and Virtual Events where the entire Event is accessed by the audience Online. As an extension of our Virtual Events we also provide a platform that enables all speakers to be in the same location but with the audience participating in the Event online.

    Our team have vast experience of Events of all types and sizes. We have delivered Live Events from just 50 people and up to 1,800 delegates, to online events for anything from 50 to over 12,000 participants. Our aim is to scale and provide the correct solution for the number of participants you want to have attend your Event.

    Since the emergence of Virtual Events we have (and continue to) explore and test many different platforms. Our strategy is to choose a platform that is most-suited to your Event needs and the needs of your audience so that the Event remains interactive and engaging.

    Over the years we have developed techniques and technologies that are especially designed and put together to meet your Event goals and objectives. Our technology platforms are built to be robust and we build in a redundancy plan to ensure and Event can't fail.

    We have delivered Events across the planet and have teams of Event professionals based across the UK and in the USA, UAE and India, where we have delivered Live and Hybrid Events. Our Virtual Events can be delivered remotely from either the UK or USA to any location in the world. This remote delivery saves a huge amount when measured against the cost of delivering the Event in-person or Live.

    The longer the lead time the more efficient your Event will be however we can work with have previously worked with lead times as short as a few weeks. Ideally, we like to have at least 3 months.

    Everything from the initial conversations and planning meetings to the delivery of the entire Event is included. We work hard to ensure there are no surprises.

    We have worked across all sectors. And regardless of sector, all of our Events start with a consultation about what you want your Event to achieve. We then work with you to build a plan that will deliver your Event to those goals and within your Event budget.

    We only use vastly experienced technicians. All of our equipment is well serviced and generally less than two years old. These two elements, combined with a clearly executed plan means technical issues are few and far between but having said that, there isn't much our team hasn't experienced and when things go wrong, we resolve the issue with a calm, considered approach.

    Yes. The platform can be branded as you wish but we also are able to brand pre-event communications such as emails and on-screen graphics also help with branding reinforcement.

    Because each Event tends to be unique with individual requirements and objectives, we price each Event based upon the specific needs and requirements of that Event. Where a client books a series of Events, whether Live or Online, we are often able to achieve economies of scale which can help to lower the overall costs.

    We have clearly defined privacy controls along with data protection policies that ensure full privacy and confidentiality during Events.

    We are a full-service agency so any related Event need can be met including the creation of content such as presentations, video content and graphics. We want to limit the number of meetings and emails you have to have, so you only need think about having one supplier. That said, if you have existing relationships with other agencies we are also great collaborators.

    We'll agree with you during the consultation phase your precise post-event report requirements. We then devise a plan that incorporates these needs to make sure you get the data you need post your Event.

    No. There are no limits to our scope of delivery. If you need to bring people together either in-person or online, we can deliver it for you.
